University Mission Statements

Mission statements describe the purpose of a program and it view on the intellectual discipline and practice of design Other important factors include: intent, recruitment, long-range planning, implementation, assessment.

Within these statements includes the overarching goals, objectives and outcomes students can expect to experience when choosing between specific programs.

In this exercise we assessed and evaluated various Art School mission statements and what resources and expectations students may have access to at each institution.
