Curriculum: Scales of Learning
After understanding an institution’s mission and goals, it in important to hone in on the objectives, learning outcomes, and measures/evidence of their curriculum. Objectives are what the students should know and be able to do, stated in terms of observable, measurable behaviors. Learning outcomes are how good enough and by when should concepts be learned by students. Measures or evidence illustrate the achievement of outcomes.
